Clodagh is a dedicated occupational therapist with a passion for working with families and supporting neurodivergent. She takes a personalised, family-centred approach to therapy, empowering parents through coaching and fostering self-advocacy in children.
Clodagh holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Occupational Therapy, graduating with first-class honours from University College Cork. She is also trained in ADOS-2 and ADI-R assessments, enabling her to provide comprehensive Autism evaluations and tailored interventions.
Clodagh’s clinical focus includes sensory and emotional regulation, early intervention, engagement, and play-based skill development. She previously worked in a private practice in Ireland, where she supported children and young people from six months to 25 years of age. Her work included OT assessments for developmental coordination disorder and dysgraphia, creating family-centred intervention plans, and collaborating with psychologists and speech pathologists as part of a multi-disciplinary Autism assessment team.
Clodagh chose Occupational Therapy because of her passion for helping people achieve what matters most to them as individuals and as family units. She loves supporting families in understanding the role of meaningful activities and celebrating every step toward their goals.
Her favourite part of working with children and families is seeing her clients surpass their own expectations and achieve milestones that bring joy and confidence to their lives. In sessions, Clodagh’s playful side shines through as she incorporates sensory play, obstacle courses, and favourites like The Floor is Lava to create fun, engaging, and empowering experiences.
When you work with Clodagh, you can trust that your family’s goals are in trusted hands and that your child will thrive in a supportive and personalised environment.
