Genevieve is a speech pathologist who is passionate about advocating for neurodiverse children and ensuring they receive holistic, individualised support that empowers both them and their families. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Speech Pathology) from the University of Sydney and has over four years of experience working in paediatric private clinics, schools, preschools, and via telehealth. Her clinical placements have taken her across hospitals, community health centres, schools, and childcare settings, giving her a broad foundation in supporting children’s communication needs.
Genevieve has a particular interest in early communication skills, literacy, and neuro-affirming practice. She is dedicated to helping children develop confidence in their communication and self-advocacy skills, ensuring they feel heard and supported in every environment.
She pursued speech pathology as a way to combine her love for language and linguistics with her desire to create meaningful change in people’s lives. For Genevieve, the most rewarding part of her work is witnessing a child’s confidence grow as they achieve their own personal goals, as well as empowering parents with the tools to champion their child’s development.
In the clinic, Genevieve loves incorporating movement and fun into sessions. Whether it’s bubbles, fishing games, or bowling, she enjoys finding playful ways to encourage engagement and interaction.
Genevieve is committed to neuro-affirming and family-centred practice, ensuring that every child feels supported, valued, and celebrated for who they are.
