Jade is a speech pathologist who is passionate about supporting neurodiverse children and advocating for accessible and inclusive communication within the community.
She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Speech Pathology) from the University of Sydney and has hands-on experience working with children with intellectual disabilities, autism, and ADHD.
Before becoming a speech pathologist, Jade worked as an Allied Health Assistant for 18 months, supporting children with speech sound disorders, language development, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). She also spent two and a half years as a support worker, gaining valuable insight into working with individuals in community settings. During her university placement, Jade had the privilege of working alongside First Nations children and families, as well as individuals with complex communication needs.
Jade’s journey into speech pathology was inspired by her love for working with children and a suggestion from her mum, an early childhood teacher. Now, she finds the greatest joy in helping children achieve and surpass their goals, knowing that her work brings meaningful change to their lives and the lives of their families.
In the clinic, Jade loves competitive games—especially Pop the Pig—and is always up for a dinosaur battle! She believes therapy should be engaging, fun, and tailored to each child’s interests.
Jade is committed to empowering children to communicate with confidence and ensuring they feel supported and celebrated every step of the way.
