Julia is an occupational therapist passionate about empowering children and their families to achieve their goals and participate meaningfully in everyday life.
She completed her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at the Australian Catholic University and has experience supporting children across various settings, including clinics, schools, and preschools.
Julia has a strong passion for working within the disability sector and supporting neurodiverse children. She enjoys helping children develop fine motor and handwriting skills and supporting their social skill development to build confidence and meaningful connections.
From a young age, Julia knew she wanted to work with children, having spent years babysitting, nannying, and tutoring high school students. She pursued occupational therapy to help children develop independence and engage fully in daily activities.
For Julia, the most rewarding part of her work is witnessing a child’s growth over time. She loves finding creative ways to make therapy fun and engaging for every child.
In the clinic, Julia enjoys art-based activities like drawing and painting, as well as playing Guess Who? and Uno—both great ways to encourage communication, problem-solving, and social interaction.
She is committed to delivering culturally responsive and inclusive therapy and ensuring every child and family feels supported, valued, and celebrated for who they are.
